Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

TNT Logics Inc. ("TNT Logics", "we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you visit our website or use our services.

We are headquartered in Quebec, Canada and operate in compliance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Quebec Law 25) and applicable Canadian federal privacy legislation.

Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

Information you provide directly: When you submit a demo request or contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name, and any details you choose to share about your business operations.

Information collected automatically: When you visit our website, we may collect standard web analytics data including pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs, and general geographic location (country/region level only). We use this to understand how visitors use our site.

Information from our services: If you become a client, we process business data you provide to configure and operate your AI agents. This may include invoices, timesheets, purchase orders, and other operational documents. This data is used solely to deliver your contracted services.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

Respond to demo requests and inquiries. Deliver and improve our AI agent services to clients. Send service-related communications (onboarding, updates, support). Understand how our website is used and improve it. Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. We do not share your business data with other clients or third parties except as required to deliver your services (for example, integrations with QuickBooks or other tools you have authorized).

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Supabase, a secure cloud database platform. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access to client data is restricted to TNT Logics personnel directly involved in delivering your services.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Client business data is retained for the duration of your contract and deleted within 90 days of contract termination upon request.

We cannot guarantee absolute security of any data transmitted over the internet, but we take commercially reasonable steps to protect your information.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you. Request correction of inaccurate information. Request deletion of your personal information. Withdraw consent for processing where consent is the legal basis. Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Quebec residents have additional rights under Law 25, including the right to be informed of any privacy incident affecting their information, and the right to file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (cai.gouv.qc.ca) if they are not satisfied with our response.

To exercise any of these rights, write to the person in charge of the protection of personal information: Thierry Nazon, President, privacy@tntlogics.ai. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

Under Quebec's Law 25, any technology that can identify, locate or profile you is turned off by default on this site. It is only activated if you turn it on in our cookie banner, and you can withdraw that choice at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Your choice is kept for 6 months, after which we ask again.

Strictly necessary (always on): tnt_consent, set by tntlogics.ai, remembers your cookie choice for 6 months. __cf_bm, set by Cloudflare inside the HubSpot booking calendar on our contact and referral pages, protects the booking widget against bots for 30 minutes and is set in HubSpot's own context, not on tntlogics.ai.

Analytics and performance (off until you accept): _ga and _ga_* (Google Analytics 4, 2 years) distinguish visitors and keep session state so we can measure traffic. _clck (1 year) and _clsk (1 day) (Microsoft Clarity) distinguish visitors across visits and link page views within a session so we can see how pages are used.

Marketing and CRM (off until you accept): hubspotutk and __hstc (HubSpot, 6 months) identify your browser and keep your visit history so that, once you book a demo or write to us, your visits are linked to your contact record and we can pick up the conversation where you left it. __hssc (30 minutes) and __hssrc (session) track the current session.

If you do not accept: Google Analytics receives only cookieless, non-identifying pings. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used but without any cookie: each page view gets a random, one-time identifier that cannot be linked to other pages, other visits, or to you, and anything you type into a form is masked. HubSpot's tracking script does not load at all.

First-party measurement, without any cookie: independently of your choice, our server records that a page was viewed, with the page address, language, referring site, campaign parameters, country and device type. No cookie is set and no IP address is stored. A one-way code that changes every day is used to count unique visits within a single day; it cannot be reversed or linked across days.

Third-Party Services

Our website and services integrate with third-party platforms including Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Inngest (workflow automation), Resend (transactional email), Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and HubSpot (CRM). Each provider has their own privacy policy governing their data practices. We select providers that meet our security and privacy standards.

Google, Microsoft, HubSpot, Vercel and Resend process data in the United States. Personal information they handle is therefore communicated outside Quebec. We have assessed these transfers as required by Law 25 and rely on each provider's contractual data-protection commitments and on encryption in transit and at rest.

Client service integrations (QuickBooks, Stripe, and others) are configured at your direction and subject to those providers privacy policies.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email. The most current version will always be available at tntlogics.ai/en/privacy. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
