TNT Logics and your Google account

TNT Logics builds custom AI assistants for businesses. When we build one for you, you may choose to connect your Google account so the assistant can work with your calendar, or with specific files you select.

This page explains exactly what that connection allows, what it does not allow, and how to end it. It applies to every TNT Logics assistant that connects to Google, whatever that assistant was built to do.

Each client's own authorized user connects their own Google account. Access is limited to that single connecting user's data.

Nothing is shared between clients. One client's assistant can never see another client's calendar or files.

Connecting is always a deliberate choice. Your assistant works without it; connecting simply lets it do more.

We request three permissions and no others.

See and download any calendar you can access using your Google Calendar. This lets the assistant read your calendar so it can answer scheduling questions, such as "am I free Thursday afternoon?" or "what's on tomorrow?", and propose open time slots.

View and edit events on all your calendars. This lets the assistant create a calendar event, and only when you explicitly ask for one and confirm it. You tell the assistant to book a meeting, it proposes a time, you confirm, and it creates the event.

See, edit, create, and delete only the specific Google Drive files you use with this app. This is Google's narrowest Drive permission. The assistant can only reach files and folders you hand it yourself using Google's own file picker. For example, you might select the folder holding your organization's documents so the assistant can use them to build your profile. It cannot browse or search the rest of your Drive.

We never read your Gmail. We do not request any Gmail permission.

We never read your contacts.

We never browse your Google Drive. We can only open files you have explicitly picked.

We never delete or share a calendar, and we only modify events you have asked us to create.

We never use your data to train models, never sell it, and never share it with another client or with any third party that is not required to deliver the service you asked for.

Calendar and file content is read in order to fulfil the request you made, and is not retained beyond what is needed to complete it.

What we do retain is the result you asked for, such as an event the assistant created at your request or a profile built from documents you selected.

Access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to make the calls described above.

You can revoke our access at any time from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking takes effect immediately and stops all access described on this page.

You can also ask us to disconnect for you, and we will confirm once it is done. Write to privacy@tntlogics.ai.

TNT Logics' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
