These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TNT Logics website and services operated by TNT Logics Inc. ("TNT Logics", "we", "our", or "us"), a company incorporated in Quebec, Canada.

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

TNT Logics builds custom AI automation agents for businesses. Our services include discovery and scoping of automation opportunities, design and development of custom AI agents, integration with your existing business tools, deployment, onboarding, and ongoing support.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate Service Agreement signed between TNT Logics and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any such Service Agreement. In case of conflict, the Service Agreement prevails.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems. Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from our website without permission. Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through any contact forms or communications.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to our website at our discretion without notice.

All content on the TNT Logics website — including text, design, graphics, and code — is owned by TNT Logics Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

For client engagements: Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the custom agents built for them, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement. TNT Logics retains ownership of underlying frameworks, methodologies, and tools used to build agents that are not specific to the client implementation.

TNT Logics provides its website and services "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy of website content or the fitness of our services for any particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TNT Logics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to any client for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client in the three months preceding the claim.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of an engagement, including business processes, technical specifications, pricing, and client data. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

TNT Logics will not disclose client business data to third parties except as necessary to deliver contracted services and as authorized by the client.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. The current version is always available at tntlogics.ai/terms-of-service. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
